I take pride and love what I do as an artist. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and I stand behind the quality of my work. 

Refunds & Returns

 Full refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The item is lost or stolen in transit (see below for options).

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received or verified.

If your package is lost or stolen, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement/remake of the same item

8-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

8-month warranty for issues caused by craftsmanship defects, such as:

  • Broken prongs, chains, clasps

  • Loose or fallen gems

  • Soldering issues

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage (water exposure, dropping, bending)

  • Loss or theft after delivery

If you experience a problem within the warranty window, we’ll happily repair or replace the item at no charge. Please email  fishtalecraft@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of what happened
